- All Sales Are Final:
- Once a purchase is completed, all sales of puppies are considered final.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless specific conditions outlined below apply.
- Health Guarantee:
- Each puppy is thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian and comes with a health certificate.
- If the puppy is found to have a serious congenital or pre-existing medical condition within 72 hours of delivery, you must notify us immediately with documentation from a licensed veterinarian.
- Upon verification, we may offer a replacement puppy or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
- Non-Refundable Deposits:
- Deposits placed to reserve a puppy are non-refundable. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your purchase before the puppy is shipped, we may issue a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable deposit and administrative fees.
- Cancellations after shipping has begun are not eligible for refunds.
- Puppy Health and Care Requirements:
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure proper care of the puppy upon arrival. Neglect, improper care, or lack of timely veterinary attention will void any health guarantees.
- We are not responsible for illnesses or conditions that occur after the puppy is in the buyer’s possession.
- Refund Process:
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees and any other related costs are non-refundable.
